PROF. KAIFENG JIANG

Kaifeng Jiang is the Peking University Chair Professor of Organization and Strategic Management at the Guanghua School of Management, Peking University. Previously, he served as a Professor of Management and Human Resources at the Fisher College of Business and was a core faculty member of the Translational Data Analytics Institute (TDAI) at The Ohio State University. He has also held positions as an Associate and Assistant Professor of Management and Organization at the Mendoza College of Business, University of Notre Dame, for four years. He received his Ph.D. in Industrial Relations and Human Resources from Rutgers University, and both his bachelor's and master's degrees in Human Resource Management from Renmin University of China.
