PROF. KAIFENG JIANG

Kaifeng Jiang is a Professor of Management and Human Resources at Fisher College of Business and a core faculty of Translational Data Analytics Institute (TDAI) at The Ohio State University. Currently, he is visiting the Organization and Strategy Management Department at Peking University as a visiting Chair Professor. He received his Ph.D. in Industrial Relations and Human Resources from Rutgers University. He also got his bachelor and master degrees in Human Resource Management from Renmin University of China. Before joining Fisher, he worked at Mendoza College of Business at the University of Notre Dame for four years.
