PROF. KAIFENG JIANG

Kaifeng Jiang is a Professor of Management and Human Resources at Fisher College of Business and a core faculty of Translational Data Analytics Institute (TDAI) at The Ohio State University. He received his Ph.D. in Industrial Relations and Human Resources from Rutgers University in 2013. He also got his bachelor and master degrees in Human Resource Management from Renmin University of China. Before joining Fisher, he worked as an Assistant Professor of Management at the University of Notre Dame for four years.
